prosecution and punishment as provided in the


preceding section.

Section 30. Appropriation


To carry out the provisions of this Act, there is
hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the
National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the
sum of twenty thousand pesos.

Section 31. Repealing Clause


All Acts, executive orders, administrative orders,
rules and regulations, or parts thereof inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act are repealed or
modified accordingly

Section 32. Effectivity


This Act shall take effect upon its approval:
Provided, that if it is approved during the time
when examinations for physicians are held, it shall
take effect immediately after the said
examinations: Provided, further, That section six of
this Act shall take effect at the beginning of the
academic year nineteen hundred sixty to nineteen
hundred sixty-one, and the first paragraph of
section seven shall take effect four years thereafter.
