ABSTRACT The present investigation had as main objective determine degree of seismic vulnerability of the auto construction households of the human settlement The lookout of the district of Miraflores, Arequipa -2021. For such effect, it proposed a methodology with a quantitative approach of type applied, descriptive level and explanatory, with a not design experiment and transversal. The population consisted of 40 households of noble material and permanent construction of the zone and sample was of 19 households to which verified to using the verify file where all data were registered of the 11 parameters what involve to determine of degree of seismic vulnerability, too was determined the influence of the materials used on the auto construction of households, it was. determining the influence of the constructive process on the seismic vulnerability and addly made the grounds study to know the type of ground and its resistance. This information was processing in cabinet and analyzed through descriptive statistics and it arrived to after conclusions. The ground type where settlement the evaluated households it’s type GP sand gravels bad graded, with a resistance to the cut of 4,85 kg/em2, according the normative E.030 is classify as type of ground intermediate ($2), with grounds mildly rigid, with resistance adequate to the cut. Also, the quality of the materials used and constructive processing significantly influence in the seismic vulnerability of the auto construction households, finally it concludes what 26% of households present down vulnerability, the 53% of households had a half vulnerability and the 21% of households present high vulnerability.
