concerns‌‌regarding‌‌the‌‌availability‌‌of‌‌parking‌‌within‌‌the‌‌community,‌‌we‌‌continue‌‌to‌‌take‌‌necessary‌‌steps‌‌to‌‌address‌‌these‌‌concerns‌‌  
and‌‌enforce‌‌parking‌‌permit‌‌usage.‌E ‌ FFECTIVE‌‌NOVEMBER‌‌1,‌‌2021‌,‌‌the‌‌following‌‌parking‌‌rules‌‌will‌‌be‌‌fully‌‌enforced:‌‌    ‌
 ‌
RESIDENTS‌  ‌
 ‌
1.‌‌Two‌‌registered‌‌vehicles‌‌maximum‌‌are‌‌allowed‌‌per‌‌household:‌‌1‌‌assigned‌‌parking,‌‌1‌‌parking‌‌permit‌‌
   ‌
2.‌‌Residents‌‌are‌‌required‌‌to‌‌clearly‌‌display‌‌their‌‌official‌‌Parking‌‌Permit‌‌by‌‌hanging‌‌from‌‌the‌‌rearview‌‌mirror‌‌or‌‌affixing‌‌it‌‌to‌‌the‌‌front‌‌
 
dashboard‌‌when‌‌parked‌‌in‌‌an‌‌uncovered‌‌open‌‌parking‌‌space.‌‌    ‌
3.‌‌Failure‌‌to‌‌display‌‌an‌‌official‌‌Resident‌‌Parking‌‌Permit‌‌may‌‌result‌‌in‌‌the‌‌vehicle‌‌being‌‌towed‌‌at‌‌the‌‌vehicle‌‌owner’s‌‌expense.‌‌
   ‌
4.‌‌If‌‌a‌‌vehicle‌‌displays‌‌a‌‌Parking‌‌Permit‌‌that‌‌is‌‌counterfeit,‌‌has‌‌been‌‌tampered‌‌with,‌‌has‌‌been‌‌reported‌‌lost/stolen,‌‌or‌‌has‌‌been‌‌
 
identified‌‌as‌‌being‌‌sold,‌‌will‌‌be‌t‌ owed‌‌without‌‌warning‌.  
‌‌ ‌
5.‌‌If‌‌a‌‌Resident‌‌Parking‌‌Permit‌‌is‌‌lost,‌‌stolen,‌‌or‌‌damaged‌‌it‌‌will‌‌cost‌$
‌ 150.00‌‌to‌‌replace‌‌‌and‌‌the‌‌replacement‌‌fee‌‌is‌‌non-refundable.‌  ‌
6.‌‌Lost/Stolen‌‌Parking‌‌Permits‌‌will‌‌be‌‌added‌‌to‌‌the‌i‌mmediate‌‌tow‌‌list‌.  
‌‌ ‌
7.‌‌Any‌‌illegally‌‌parked‌‌vehicle,‌‌vehicle‌‌parked‌‌in‌‌another‌‌Residents‌‌assigned‌‌space,‌‌or‌‌vehicle‌‌parking‌‌in‌‌a‌‌manner‌‌which‌‌prohibits‌‌
 
another‌‌vehicle‌‌from‌‌utilizing‌‌their‌‌assigned‌‌space‌‌is‌‌subject‌‌to‌‌immediate‌‌towing‌‌without‌‌prior‌‌notice‌‌and‌‌at‌‌the‌‌vehicle‌‌owner’s‌‌
 
   ‌
expense.‌‌

GUESTS‌  ‌
 ‌
1.‌‌Guest‌‌vehicles‌‌may‌‌be‌‌registered‌‌for‌‌24‌‌hours,‌‌using‌‌the‌R
‌ equest‌‌Form‌‌link‌‌‌listed‌‌at‌‌the‌‌bottom‌‌of‌‌these‌‌guidelines.‌‌
   ‌
2.‌‌Maximum‌‌twenty‌‌Guest‌‌Permits‌‌will‌‌be‌‌issued‌‌per‌‌license‌‌plate,‌‌during‌‌the‌‌duration‌‌of‌‌the‌‌lease‌‌term‌‌for‌‌the‌‌Resident‌‌for‌‌whom‌‌the‌‌
 
Guest‌‌is‌‌associated‌‌with.‌‌
   ‌
3.‌‌Guest‌‌Permit‌‌requests‌‌in‌‌excess‌‌of‌‌the‌‌Guest‌‌Policy‌‌may‌‌be‌‌denied‌‌at‌‌San‌‌Paulo’s‌‌discretion.‌‌
   ‌
4.‌‌Resident‌‌vehicles‌‌should‌‌not‌‌be‌‌registered‌‌using‌‌the‌‌Guest‌‌Permit‌‌Request‌‌Form.‌‌
   ‌
5.‌A
‌ l‌l‌‌Guest‌‌vehicles‌‌will‌‌need‌‌to‌‌be‌‌registered‌‌any‌‌time‌‌they‌‌are‌‌parked‌‌within‌‌San‌‌Paulo‌‌communities.‌‌San‌‌Paulo‌‌P
‌ arking‌‌Rules‌‌are‌‌
 
fully‌‌enforced‌‌24‌‌hours‌‌a‌‌day.‌‌   ‌

‌ ue‌‌to‌‌limited‌‌parking‌‌within‌‌the‌‌Community,‌‌Guest‌‌Parking‌‌is‌‌available‌‌on‌‌a‌‌first-come,‌‌first-served‌‌basis.‌‌   ‌

‌ uest‌‌vehicles‌‌not‌‌registered‌‌using‌‌the‌‌Request‌‌Form‌‌are‌‌subject‌‌to‌‌tow‌‌at‌‌the‌‌vehicle‌‌owner's‌‌expense.‌‌    ‌

‌ uest‌‌vehicle‌‌registrations‌‌are‌‌valid‌‌within‌‌all‌‌communities‌‌throughout‌‌San‌‌Paulo‌‌Apartments‌‌in‌‌an‌‌uncovered‌‌open‌‌p ‌ arking‌‌space.‌‌   ‌

As‌‌a‌‌courtesy,‌‌any‌‌vehicle‌‌without‌‌a‌‌permit‌‌or‌‌guest‌‌vehicle‌‌registration‌‌will‌‌be‌‌issued‌‌a‌‌citation‌o

‌ rior‌‌to‌‌being‌‌towed.‌‌
 
Additional‌‌violations‌‌may‌‌result‌‌in‌‌an‌‌immediate‌‌towing‌‌at‌‌the‌‌vehicle‌‌owner’s‌‌expense.‌‌    ‌
