that PARMEX Filtracion Y Soluciones Industriales is the duly authorized Sales Representative, covering
the entire Country of Mexico, for Parker’s Capital Equipment (Vessel) and Aftermarket (Element) products,
specifically for Mexico’s Oil and Gas and related markets.

PARMEX has over 35 years of international experience. ATSI has been both a Sales
Representative/Distributor as well as a Fabricator for Parker. RICSA has been a Distributor of Parker
Aftermarket (Element) products. Ernesto Mendoza, with Petrogas, has 17 years of direct experience with
Parker (PECO) and Parker products, in both the Mineral Wells, Texas Plant and the Mexico Vessel
Fabrication Plant.
