I’m arlyn Cerbito, I was born on July 24, 1999 at Usol, Jones, Isabela. I live at Maddela, Quirino.

My family consist of my nanay, my stepfather which I called uncle and my younger brother. My mother
is Divina Grace Lorenzo, she is from jones, Isabela and Jho-jho Verdadero is my stepfather, he is from
Maddela, Quirino.

As you can notice I didn’t mention my biological father because I didn’t know what his real name
was. I don’t have that thing called perfect family that everyone would like to have because I have a
broken one. But sometimes it is not important to have a complete/perfect family, the most important
thing is you are surrounded by the people who truly love you . I grew up with my grandparents, we just
only have a simple life back then. They don’t give me a lot of money or materials that it cost too much
just like the others do but they give me everything that they can, the love and the care. In my childhood
days, I never felt that there was missing in my life because I grew up with so much love. But when I’m in
grade 5 I left them to stay in Quirino where my mother live. My life in Quirino is not that easy, it has a lot
of difficulties, problems and challenges. But as a time pass by our life was doing well.

I am the type of girl that is not fond of socializing to other people, it’s because I used to be alone
in our house. When I’m in Quirino, my daily routine was school and house. I’m just only 10 years old that
time. I’m not that kind of child that playing around when I got home, even when I’m in junior and senior
high school I keep on doing that routine that I used to be. Since I moved to Quirino I already engaged
myself to our business, it’s a native cake. I can’t deny the fact that I didn’t enjoyed my childhood days
because of that but it is okay. I don’t have any of what I have now if I didn’t help them, sacrificing those
is all worth it today.
