Associate Rotation
Associates joining the Deal Advisory & Strategy team participate in a two-year associate rotational program consisting of
four six-month rotations across the Deal Advisory & Strategy service line networks. Rotations into specialty service lines
within Deal Advisory & Strategy are available during the second year of the rotation, if requests align with resource needs.
At the end of the rotation program, associates officially transfer into their preferred service line as long as business needs
