3. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

We are pleased to inform that the School reopens on 08.02.2021 for the academic
year 2020-21, for the students of classes IX and XI, as per the G.O. cited above.
The Standard Operating Procedure for the functioning of the schools is uploaded
to our school website.
The school has done all the necessary arrangements in compliance with the SOP
and the entire premises has been sanitized. Parents can be relieved of the anxiety
in sending their wards to school. The school is kept ready for the academic
purpose in all respects.
In this regard you are required to take note of the following:

1. The school will function from Monday to Friday, between 9.00 a.m. and
3.00 p.m.
2. The class room capacity is restricted to 25 students.
3. The parents who are willing to send their wards to school, must give their
written consent in the form appended herewith and send the hardcopy of
the same through their wards.
4. The students must submit the consent before entering the school.
5. All students will undergo the Thermal scanning and hand sanitization
process.
6. The class timetable will be made available on the class noticeboard.
7. School lunch will be provided for all the students with precaution. However,
they have the option of bringing their lunch from home on written request
from the parents.

8. R.O. water will be made available at school. The students are permitted to
bring water bottles from home.
9. The hand sanitizers will be kept at all prominent places. All students are
required to sanitize their hands at regular intervals.
10. The students are required to wear their ID card and mask throughout and
bring a hand sanitizer of their own.
11. The students who are sick on a particular day must not attend the school
for that day.
12. The students who are not willing to attend the school are required to submit
the consent form through email on or before 06.02.2021 by 4.00 p.m. For
such students, a revised timetable for online sessions will be uploaded to
the website on 10.02.2021 at 4.00 p.m. Online class will start from
11.02.2021.

The school will strictly comply with all the safety norms mentioned in the
Government SOP. All students are required to cooperate and abide by all the
regulations in letter and spirit.
