Which stakeholder(s) did the captain of the Costa Concordia consider, based
on
the alleged actions described?
The captain considered himself the only stakeholder and did not consider the others
on the boat to be all stakeholders either. Nor did the captain think about how his
unethical decisions would affect everyone else on the boat.

2. How were the different stakeholders affected by this disaster?


Due to the unethical decisions made by the captain, this resulted in loss of life and
great material losses. In addition to damage to the environment and society as a result
of the shipwreck, employees also took responsibility without a captain. In addition to
being a real disaster for the Italian government. Consequently, this affected the
company's reputation and credibility in dealing with stakeholders, which in turn will
affect the confidence of stakeholders in the company in the future.

3. What role should Carnival Corporation have in resolving the needs of the
various stakeholders impacted by this disaster?
The primary role that the organization must play is facing the public and accepting
mistakes, but in the time of the tragedy and not after that happened in you, because
this enhances the confidence of the interest in the organization, as well as internally
researching what is the cause of failure in the company to avoid such problems in the
future again. The company also tries to meet the needs of the various stakeholders
affected by this disaster such as ensuring that they employ trustworthy employees,
especially the Captain. As well as trying to build and maintain a relationship of trust
between the company and its stakeholders, as well as trying to find out what the
stakeholders want and thus the stakeholders will be able to express their opinions and
concerns. In addition to looking for options that would help the company to re-
develop after the disaster.
