To prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish, implement,
or enforce any vaccine mandate.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

4 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Defund Federal Vac-

5 cine Mandates Act’’.
6 SEC. 2. NO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR ANY VACCINE MANDATE.

7 No Federal funds may be used to establish, imple-

8 ment, or enforce any vaccine mandate.
