1. How do you feel when you hear the following statements? Answer this
question with at least 3-4 sentences in the first space provided.

sound to you? Upon hearing them, how would you defend yourself/fight back/prove
your perspective if it differs?

- Everyone is wearing those platform Converse...I should too.
- There are starving children in Africa. Don't complain about
the food or leave a single crumb left either.
2. Try It Yourself: Rhetorical Fallacy Mad Libs!
- Fill in the blanks based on the descriptions provided, just like Mad Libs!
Remember, you must follow the descriptor hints for your sentences to make
sense. Once finished, share your creations in groups of three, and pick your
favorite! Groups will share with the class once everyone’s done.
