PURPOSE.

Making customer satisfaction our main focus has been the answer to
increasing services according to customers’ expectations in the banking
sector” (Zairi, 2000). Therefore the purpose of this study will be
examine,in particular,how students are satisfied students are with the
activities of banks on University of Ghana Campus.
