TERMS & CONDITIONS


• The customer is responsible for any costs incurred from issuance of a policy regardless if
the policy is canceled.

• Some charges included, but are not limited to, Prorated Charges, Documentary Stamps
and Government Taxes.

• Prorated charges will continue to accrue until policy cancellations are officially declared
by the provider.

• Mortgaged vehicles require mortgagee’s copy to be returned to the provider prior to


Policy being canceled

• Accessories or upgrades must be declared on the policy jacket to be covered.

• Insurance premium must be paid in full prior to any claim submission being processed.

• Damages incurred prior to policy-issuance date are not eligible for filing of claim.

• For mortgaged cars, banks copy will only be provided once FULL CASH payment or PDC(s)
has been made or received.

• Cancellation must be done within 30 days from date of inception. If cancellation is done
beyond this period, client will be charged a cancellation processing fee by eCompareMo
equivalent to 25% of the total premium.

• Total premium is subject to change depending on providers review of details submitted.

• These may include prior customer claims, pricing changes and vehicle history.

• For check payments, account must maintain sufficient funds to avoid penalties.

• No notification will be given prior to submitting the check for payment.

• Accountability of meeting payment terms will be that of the customers and not for
eCompareMo to follow up.
