After completing this O&M simulation, I believe it will be very beneficial to us,

particularly the Kardexing portion as well as classifying the patients into their designated rooms.
However, it was very confusing because there was so much to work on, and to analyze some of
my answers, I believe I should have read it more carefully and double checked it, which I did not
do on some parts.
However, it has aided us in developing an idea and being more accustomed with gaining
familiarization and transcribing it into the Kardex. Because you had to go all over the patient and
double verify it from the given data and onto their appropriate room, I had a hard time
classifying the patient. I suppose there were certain parts when I was confused and rattled.
Although I believe this was a very stressful activity, I am thankful that I was able to
use/exercise my critical thinking, decision-making, and planning skills because I had to prioritize
which patients needed to be addressed first, as well as create a schedule for each and every
patient in order to be organized and avoid any lapses at work and to address each patient equally
and efficiently and had been able to answer this simulation, despite the fact that there were errors
and I answered incorrectly, it had helped me reflect on the importance of time management as
well as reading more and practicing more so that when I have my duty or go to the clinical area, I
already have a good grasp of knowledge or am at least familiar with those activities, and what
I've learned here in this simulation will help me to work more efficiently.
