1.- Shoplifting (especially CDs and books) and stealing by staff are common.
How can you stop this?
Solution: Putting cameras in the área where those products.
2.- It is difficult for costumers to park in your small free car park because
people who aren¿t customers leave their cars there instead of in the
expensive station park nearby.
Solution: Put a big signs that say “exclusive space of customers”. In case that
people ignores the signal, a towtruck will be used to remove the cars
3.- There is no effective quewing system at the cold-meat and cheese
counter, and there are often arguments between customers and customers
and staff.
Solution: Ad dan automatic producto selection system with a Tablet. With this
system the producto is selected and ordered by customer number
4.- Customer have three main complaints:
A.- They cant get pdocuts they want in your shop
Solution: Use an app or website to find products that are not in the store where
the customers usually goes
B.- It takes them too long to find what they want
Solution: We could arrange the supermarket differently and group similar products
togheter
C.- They spend too much time queuing at the checkout
Solution: We could automatize the paymend of products and add more checkouts
