Amazon

Amazon.com is a massive Internet-based company selling books, music, movies, household


products, electronics, toys, and a wide variety of other products, either directly or as a
middleman between other retailers and millions of customers.

Amazon is a great example of E-commerce website, as its user-friendly website design


makes it easy for the customer to search what they want and need instantly.

Amazon has its own custom-built e-commerce platform. Classic e-commerce platforms are
inefficient due to the scope and complexity of their business. Headless commerce is now the
only way they can keep providing greatest customer experiences.
The Amazon website employs variety of features.

 Amazon uses signup systems to store customers' site history, enabling the site to
display products comparison to past items purchased. Amazon places a search bar
at the top of the page on a dark background to catch the user's attention.
 Amazon makes use of linked, engaging images, which is a more appealing way of
having a homepage with only texts. This has enhanced the demonstration because
having amount of text on the page would be bland.
 They also have a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page where customers can get
specific answers to any questions.
 Amazon places a search bar at the top of the front page on a dark background to
catch the user's attention.

These capabilities for Amazon include offering a various range of products and services,
operating an efficient supply chain to fulfill orders, and offering excellent customer service.
