My impression
There are 7 lessons from the video, first is P
Physical Fitness that state as the body’s a ability to
function efficiently and effectively. It also shows the components of health and skill related physical
fitness, as well as the principles.

For lesson 2, health and wellness, define health as the condition of being sound in body, mind, or
spirit especially: having freedom from physical disease or pain. Wellness on the other hand, is a complex
interaction and integration of the seven dimensions of health. The third one, which is Nutrition and
Nutrients which nutrition define as the area of health that focuses on making food choices that promote
growth and development and reduce the risk of disease or illnes while nutrients are chemical substances
in food that furnish body fuel for energy. It is important to know the nutrition and nutrients needed by the
body.

In Body Mass Index also called Quetelet index, is a measure of relative weight based on
individual’s mass and height. Let us value on what we are and not how we look. In Physical Fitness Pre-
Test, which we will perform and record the correct data for every physical fitness test to help us
determine the health status and physical fitness by series of measurement. In lesson 6, Aerobic Dance-
Exercise which helps us to create own variations and steps that will improve our cardiovascular
endurance, body composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, and muscular strength. In lesson 7,
Physical Fitness Post-Test that helps us determine if there are improvements of the components of
physical fitness test that we performed.

To sum up, physical activity is essential in our everyday life because it helps us achieve the normal
physical fitness level and reach optimum state of well-being through lifelong physical activities. Stay
healthy and physically fit amidst this pandemic!
