What is mentorship programs?

Mentorship Program is a social project that brings


together mentees and mentors for 12 months, the
material presented is about self-exploration, to self-
development, including: self-discovery, personal
enterprise plans, goal setting, focus management,
youth programs, motivation letters and essay writing,
and social projects.

Why do school need mentorship programs?


Individuals who have mentors often perform better at
their jobs, earn higher salaries and achieve faster
career progression than non-mentored individuals. In
high school, mentorship can help students find a
career path and connect with the right people and
resources to support their advancement.

The expected achievement of this program is that


mentees can know more about who they are, their
passions, so that they can develop them according to
their respective personalities. In addition, it is also
hoped that they will have a clear life plan and future
planning, so they know what to prepare from now on.

structure and flexibility. Structure provides
participants a mentoring workflow to follow and is
critical to help participants achieve productive
learning that reaches defined goals. Similarly,
flexibility is essential to support varying individual
mentoring needs across specific learning goals,
preferences, and learning style.

mentorship program the mentee knew the university that match the study program you want, the
scholarships available for the university and program, knew the requirements for applying for the
scholarship and so on.
