With the dawn of technology, there have been drastic changes in almost all the

fields in the 21st century. Due to this technological change the entire universe has
become a global village. With the advent of the internet we can communicate with
the people who live in the different parts of the world and the field of education
benefited a lot by using the internetand best example for this in moderate times is
the webinars which are widely used in the field of education, conducting webinar
helps the audience enhance their knowledge and update the skills by inputing the
latest techniques and methods related to their respective fields, it is for this reason
that our class taught of organizing this webinar to remind us again of very relevant
topic that will definitely help us to successfully carry out our responsibilities as
instructional leaders and indispensable partners of our school heads in the
attainment of our goals. It is our hope that the topics to be shared will renew our
commitment and passion to serve our stakeholders as we once again prepare
ourselves for the coming school year.
