Hon’ble Court and fixed for today i.e. 03.03.2020.

2. That the counsel's not able to attend before Hon'ble court for
today due to his wife is pregnant because he had to take her
wife to hospital for medical treatment.

3. That the non-appearance of the counsel is neither

intentional nor willful but due to the reason mentioned
above.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court

may be pleased to adjourn the counsel from his personal
appearance for today in the interest of justice.
