Conclusion

Investment analysis is the process of evaluating an investment in relation to income, risk and resale
value. It is important for anyone considering an investment, regardless of the type. An investment
method typically comprises of three factors, that is, risk, cash flows, and resale value. From the report
we have produced so far, we know that proper investment in necessary sectors is an important
prerequisite in order for any situation to continue to grow and develop.

In this report, we have analyzed the performance of share prices of four companies in Oman like SPFI,
ORDS, OFCI, OTEL and two mutual funds such as Fincorp Al- Amal Fund and Majan Capital Fund. The
analysis of the data obtained shows that A’Saffa and Ooredoo has had a profit gain in their shares in the
past ten weeks due to A’Saffa increasing the supplying of their goods to a larger group of people leading
to the increment in sales while Ooredoo has managed to come up with innovative features and
packages. whereas Oman Fishers and Oman telecommunications has suffered a huge loss in the past
one year.
