Subject : Application for early departure from school.

Respected Ma’am,

With due respect , it is to inform you that I have been feeling severe pain in
my stomach for last few days so I called to my doctor’s appointment about this .He advised me
to take bed rest and work for lesser period of time on daily basis . So I request you to reduce my
working time to 8:00am till 1:00pm for 7 days (from July 8, 2019 till July 14,2019) because I am
having medication for these days.Thanking in anticipation and hoping for your favourable
response.
