Artists Entry:

The entry and exit of the artist will be from the secrete gate. There will be a Coordinator and a team of 5
voluntrees who are responsible for the artist’s entry and will perform all the activities to bring them to
the stage.

Artist’s Exit:

Similarly this team will be responsible for the safe and secure exit of the artists for the same gate.

Crowd Entry:

The initial entrance of the guests will be from the main gate A of the main campus, we won’t need any
resources because the university guards will already be there. We will need our resources at the dome,
for the 4 doors we will have 2 volunteers for each that makes it 8 volunteers in total. These will
volunteers check the tickets number and the RS 10 note and the student ID card

Crowd exit:

The 3 exit gates will be used for the crowd exit and also the 3 out of 4 entry gates will be use for the exit
of crowd to manage the huge out flow of the crowd. One gate will be left for the entry, if anyone has
forgotten something in, he or she can get back it. Six the volunteers of the entry gate will move towards
the exit to have a manageable evacuation of crowd. Two of the volunteers will be at entry to see if
somebody wants to go I again to find their belongings.
