existing product to a new country.
2. New product dimensions or packaging for a product according to new market
requirements
3. Develop and organize new distribution channels, for example, a company
who is selling its product or brand via retail can move on e-commerce and mail
order.
4. Make different pricing policies to attract more customers or to create new
market segments.

3. There are 7 major steps in creating content marketing strategies:

1. Define your goal

2. Conduct personal research
3. Run a content audit
4. Determine a content management system
5. Brainstorm content ideas
6. Determine which types of contents you want to create
7. Publish and manage your content

4. There are 5 general attack strategies adopted by the market challengers:

1. Frontal Attack – a direct attack wherein the market challenger matches with
the competitor’s product, price, advertising, and promotion activities.
2. Flank Attack – attacking the competitor on its weak points.

3. Encirclement Attack – attacking the market leader or a competitor from all the
fronts simultaneously.

4. Bypass Attack – an indirect attack, wherein the market challenger does not
attack the leader directly, but broaden its market share by attacking the easier
markets.

5. Guerilla Warfare – the intermittent attacks imposed by the challenger to

demoralize the competitor by adopting both the conventional and unconventional
means of attack.

5. The importance of having socially responsible models is that being a socially

responsible company can strengthen a company's image and build its brand.
Social responsibility empowers employees to leverage the corporate resources at
their disposal to do good. Formal corporate social responsibility programs can
boost employee morale and lead to greater productivity in the workforce.
