Paperless Office

Same work is repeated from various employees. It consumes more manpower and waste of Stationary.
Therefore we need some DMS like Omni flow for following jobs done in QAQC dept.

1. NCR Updating (Now it’s not working)


2. Integrated Documents Tracking between Procurement and Quality Dept and IM.
3. Master List of Quality Documents
4. Vendor List of Documents (Documents submitted for PDO Approval)
5. RFI Register

Requirements

Software like DMS (ASSAI) is required. Means Database should be Oracle. It should work within our
organization.

Internet Speed

Volume of Data Transfers

When Program develops it should take care of end user.
