Requisition for Self Contained Hydraulic Operated Shutdown Valve

Below certificates shall be available at the time of inspection.

- TAT certificates.
- 100-cycle test (Dynamic torque curve).
- Pressure test
- Major critical components (i.e. cylinder barrel, piston rod, tie bolts where applicable and the
spring) shall be certified to ISO 10474 type:3.1B.
- Letter of conformity stating that all other critical components (As per SP 1081 "APPENDIX E
Typical List of Critical Components") are in compliance with Manufacturer’s Engineering
Standards to ISO 10474 type 2.1.
- Raw material MTC shall be 3.1.
- Final Certificate shall be ISO 10474 3.1 (ISO 10474 3.2 for test witnessed by TPI). 1

5.5 Welding
All welding & hard facing if any shall be performed in accordance with MESC SPE 77/130. For sour
service condition, all weld seams shall be tested and evaluated in accordance with NACE MR 0175. For
each test, a certificate of complying with ISO 10474 3.1B shall be issued.
