GUIDELINES/MECHANICS AND CRITERIA FOR JUDGING IN SPOTLIGHT PRESENTATION

(ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY)

With National Level


1. One (1) entry per school composed of 3 members.
2. Each member should follow strictly the IATF protocol while conducting the presentation.
3. Time allotment: 6 minutes. No time extension shall be followed.
4. It will touch on the school’s faithful compliance with DepEd Order No. 52, s 2011 and DepEd Order
No. 93, s 2011.
5. The presentation will focus in the story of their respective school and teams’ effort to care for the
environment, this includes the following:
a. The planning
b. The proposal
c. The events and reports
d. The photos, videos and other documents that supports their campaign/drive in their school.

6. The presentation may contain video clips, photos, labels, music and other related materials needed
for the creation of their presentation.
7. The team will present their presentation to the board of judges online using MS Power point or in
Video Format. A copy must be submitted to the judges in a clean flash drive with no other content but
the final presentation/video.
8. Members are subjected for questioning by the board of judges.
9. The top five (5) winners together with their coaches will be awarded the certificate of recognition

Criteria of judging:
Content 30%
Organization Design of the Presentation 20%
Overall Design of the Presentation 20%
Actual Performance 30%
Total 100%
