MEETING PROPER
 Mr. Sumberan delivered his welcome message and introduced the newly hired teachers
of Cabangahan Integrated School.
 Mr. Sumberan also informed the parents that the school received 24 Televisions coming
from the LGU and 4 Televisions from the Division in a total of 28 TV.
 Mr. Sumberan introduced that our school will apply a new learning modality for the next
coming weeks due to shortage of supplies for the reproduction the modules and no
available bond papers in some stores.
 Digitized Modules with the Aide of Television, OTG and Flash Drive will be the new
mode of learning that will be used in the coming weeks.
 Miss Myra Jane Faelnar- Kinder Garten Adviser demonstrate on how to use this digitized
 modules using the OTG, Flash Drive and Television.
 Retrieval and Distribution of Modules
 There were still modules that were not returned by the parents.
 Retrieved modules without answers, if modules will be returned make sure that has
answers.
DISTRIBUTION OF TELEVISION

 Mr. Sumberan explained the process in distributing the Television, OTG and Flash Drive
 It was distributed according their location and number of students per household.
 Distribution proper of Television.
