TECHNICAL PROCEDURE OF FUND EXTRACTION - (USING SWIFT GLOBAL

INTERNATIONAL SCREEN TRN FOLLOWED BY GPI SYSTEM UETR)

Note: "GPI" stands for "Global Payments Innovation", the most efficient Swift platform to
administer cross borders payments. GPI SWIFT Codes are: Alphanumeric (hexadecimal characters)
Generated by the System and registered in the MT103/202 Swift Copy Under the “UETR” Column.

Note: Bank Officer can only locate the fund by accessing SWIFT Global International Payment
System (Central Bank) from the SWIFT ROOM of the receiving bank.

THE PROCEDURE

1. The level 13th/14th Bank Officer in Charge log in into SWIFT Global International Payment
System (Note: NOT SWIFT Global - In House Payment System of the bank)

2. The Bank Officer input the TRN (Field F20) from the MT103/202 provided into
SWIFT Global International Payment System. After inputting the TRN, the fund is located
from the SWIFT Global International System, at this moment the fund is hooked and should
be pulled/ stepped down to SWIFT Global Payment System “Common Account” (Bank
internal Swift Payment System)

3. After the fund has been located successfully stepped down in step 2 above, the Bank
Officer needs to now enter into the GPI "Pending" folder, and input the TRN again and the
UETR from the MT103/202 provided and simply position the funds manually onto the
Receiver's bank account field.
NOTE: This TRN is connected to cash funds and will lose connection if these steps are not
followed.

4. The fund must then be inputted manually onto the account field of the Receiver's bank
account before the Bank Officer exits the GPI IT facility and credited thereafter to
the beneficiary himself.

5. The Bank Officer should not quit the SWIFT GPI interface before crediting the cash
amount to the RECEIVER's bank account; otherwise the TRN may lose its connection with
the associated funds then becoming utterly useless.

To make sure the Bank Officer may enjoy the highest chances for concluding the
transaction successfully, he should track the funds peripherally in SWIFT Global
International Payment System and input them to the RECEIVER’s bank account through the
GPI system on the same day and seamlessly, i.e. without any break between the two
operational stages.

Note: Again, funds cannot be downloaded from an external server Swift.com/ SwiftNet Swift
interface application, the fund will come empty which will never work.
It must be downloaded from SWIFT Global International Payment System (Central Bank) from
the SWIFT ROOM of the receiving bank.
Once again, the GPI facility is nothing but a program device to be used only to input the fund
manually in the right place.

END OF FUND EXTRACTION PROCEDURE.
