First build the middle tube. The inside of the main tube

MUST be built BEFORE the outside. After the inside is built,

5 glue it to the top and bottom of the outside and glue the bigger
4 part, one tab of the top and one of the bottom at a time. Glue the

main tube to piece 13 before doing anything with it. After the other page

is built, glue piece 4 to piece 11, making sure to follow the reference. Place the

middle tube inside the main tube and glue the middle to piece 4, following the

reference. Be careful not to glue the main tube. After that, glue piece

5 to piece 11, starting by the reference with the number 4, only after that glue

the middle tube to it. If done correctly, it should rotate well.
