🔸 Sometimes when your adolescent you know how to get mad with your parents and etc.

🔸 As adolescent this is the beginning of crushing a man that turns into a puppy love

🔸 As today generation many adolescent are quick emotional and sometimes turns into a
depression

Cognitive and Metacognitive Factors

Principle: Goals of the learning process
🔸 Each man and woman have their own goals and ambition in life. It is a normal thing to
be ambitious but with all the hard works and sacrifices encountered by step to step you finally
conquered everything you want in life.

Motivation and Affective Factors

Principle: Intrinsic motivation to learn
🔸 Intrinsic motivation is a tasks that learners perceive as interesting and personally
relevant and meaningful. As a learner, lot of difficulties are striving for of course as long as you
believe your ability and never give up, keep believing you can succeed. Everyone can motivate
you but choose the right people who can be trusted. Put studies a first priority before anything
else.

Development and Social Factors

Principle: Social Influences on learning
🔸 It is good to have a group study with a couple of friends for somehow you can help
each other company and sharing some ideas. Encouraging itself to be more sturdy in studies.
Family influences, optimist support and instruction in self-motivation strategies can offset
factors that interfere with optimal learning such as negative beliefs about competence in a
particular subject.

Individual Differences Factors

Principle: Individual differences in learning
🔸 Every learners have different capabilities, strategies, approaches and learning
experience. Each individual born to develop their own talents. In each world full of
competencies you should show your best in order to reach one goal.

4. You are a bundle of possibilities. You are meant to develop like any other living thing.
“Growth is an evidence of life”. If you are alive, then you must be growing and developing. Are
you on your way to development?
- Yes, I’m on my way to development because I am on the first step towards my
dreams. As you grow you gradually mature and you realize the true meaning
of life. As I progress I know I will still experience many hardships but I will not
 give up. If I’m not going to progress I still don’t have life wants or dreams to
achieve. So now, I’m just in the first step in developing for my goals.

5. Like you, each of your future students is also a bundle of possibilities. How should you look at
them in terms of development? Write down your reflections.
- As a student, they also have a bundle of possibilities also. We can see or
discover it in anything. There are many questions as to live how this is where
our curiosity begins. As a student while you still alive explore first the things
you do not know. When you watch the babies how they move and the way
they talk you suddenly think right? And when you watch also the children how
curious they are about the things they see. It is here that a person develops,
begins the creation of complex forms the expansion of the mind until the
mind expands. In addition, I look at them as a child that are finding ways to
get a knowledge you’re their leader to lead them to a successful paths.
