Patient N.U. a 13-year-old patient is admitted on September 22, 2021.

She was rushed to the


Emergency room in a crowning stage. Her LMP was on December 25, 2020. She had her first
prenatal check-up once on January 30, 2020 with her positive pregnancy result. On her second
prenatal check up on February 4, 2021 she complained that her genital area is itchy and has a
small bump. She undergone physical assessment followed by papanicolau test (Pap-smear)
which yielded a negative result. The OB-Gyne confirmed that it is a genital warts and the patient
agreed to the treatment of her warts after her delivery due to low income prioritizing the needs of
her fetus. After the delivery of the fetus followed by her cauterization of her genital warts, she is
endorsed to the ward. The following is the doctor’s order:

Transfer to room of choice
May have DAT diet
Continue current IVF: PNSS 1L x 12 hours
Medications as ordered:
1. Cefuroxime 500mg tab BID
2. Paracetamol 500mg tab TID as needed
3. Moringga 1 tab OD
4. Ferrous + Folic acid 1 tab OD
 Monitor for signs of bleeding
 Refer
