CONSULTING AGREEMENT

PARTIES

- This Service Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered

with an address of ________________ (hereinafter referred to
as the “Consultant”), and ________________,
Samra Immgration & Legals Marki
with an address of ________________
(hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

CONSIDERATION

- The Parties agree that the Consultant will provide the services attached hereunder, whereas
the Client will in return provide compensation for such services and expertise in PLN 2000 in
advance to meet some initial expenses.

SERVICES

 Will provide all necessary services in order to get TRC and all related document.

 Will also take whole the guarantee and assurance of any risk by all means.

 Will provide the whole feedback regarding the TRC status rather its positive or not within
a week.

 Will properly look after and take care of all matters of clients regarding the service taking
by him.

 If any loss occurs due to negligence of our side, we will pay off all.

In case any dispute rises, can sue both parties in their respective jurisdiction/court.
