Every day, a large number of people are affected by stress.

There are a lot of annoyances,

deadlines, difficulties, and expectations in life. Stress is so frequent among certain people that it

has become a way of life for them. Stress may be both damaging and beneficial. It may assist

you in meeting a deadline and completing a task under duress. Memory issues, moodiness, aches

and pains, and eating more or less as a result of stress can all be very dangerous. There are a

variety of symptoms associated with stress, the most frequent of which is a headache. Muscle

tension or soreness, chest ache, and exhaustion are all symptoms of stress. Anxiety, restlessness,

and a lack of drive or attention are all symptoms of stress. Finally, stress can cause overeating or

undereating, as well as drug or alcohol misuse and social withdrawal. There is no one group that

is affected the most since stress may affect anyone at any age. Teenagers, I believe, are easily

stressed by school, places, and/or occupations. The most stressful aspect of high school for most

students is deciding what they want to do after graduation and, if applicable, which college they

will attend. People who are a little older after college may be pressured by attempting to find

work or support a family. Older individuals may be anxious if they are running out of money, but

they are generally the least stressed members of our population.
