FAMILY

1/Do you live with your family? To be honest, currently, because of covid 19, I’m living with my family.
But before that I live in a rented accommodation at HCM city far from my family for learning. Maybe
next month I will come back to the city, I think I will be sad although I have lived there for 10 months
nearly 1 years but I like stay at home with my family more, what’s a pity

2/ How large or small is your family? Well, honestly speaking, I come from an immediate family. I live
with my parents and my younger brother. Despite of small family, we are never short of fun stories
and get-togethers!

3/ what do you do together as a family? Well, On the weekdays, because we are occupied
with our schedule, we don’t see each other during daytime so we just eat dinner and then
we watch tvs together until we go to bed. Despite of small activities, it takes my heart.
However, at the weekend, we spend all day to each other, maybe we go out for a picnic,
eatout or we go to the cinema to enjoy ourselves on the day we free from work

4/ Who do you closest to in your family? Actually, I’m an apple of my father’ eye. When I
stay at HCM city for leaning, everynight he call me and we share everythings to each other.
If I don’t pick up the phone maybe he will call me or message me until I answer him.
Moreover, my father is really sympathy for all my problem and give me a lots of benefit
advices to overcome my obstacles

5/ How often do you meet my family? Before covid 19 break out again, I usually visit my
parents 1 or twice a months because I stay at hcm city far form my family. But now I stay at
home and my parents also off the work because of the epidemic so we see each other all
days. We spends times for family activities and we really enjoy it.

6/ what do you thinks about the single parent families? Today we see all sorts of single parent
families: headed by mothers, headed by fathers, headed by a grandparent raising their
grandchildren. And I think single parents spend less time with their children than married
parents.This is due to stresses of work and rearing a child. they spend most the times earning
money for a living and the children mabe feel lose and become bad or not active.
WORK

1. Do you work or study? Currently, I become a lecturer at an university where I have studied
since 2016. After I had graduated, I continued study abroad until the early 2021. Then I apply
to my old university where I have a lots of beautiful memories of my life
2. What is you job? When I studied at university my major is chemistry and I thought I would
like to be a R&D specialist but then I wanted to work at my university so I tried to apply and
fortunately for me, I become a lecturer.
3. How do you get to work? My job provides many fringe benefits, such as health insurance,
retirement plant contributions and especially shuttle bus. So at 6h30 everyday I get shuttle
bus at my home and comeback home at 4h30pm . It is convenient for me, I don’t need to
stuck in traffic jam under hot weather and go for work on time.
4. What are some of your responsibilities? In educational environment, I need to patient with
my student teach them by heart, use teaching methods that easy to understand, last bute not
less I always repair the lectures before shool.
5. If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose? If I could trade
places with anyone for a day, I want to become my cat. Because I find it comfortable with
working or studying. he just need to eat and then he sleep all day or maybe hang out
somewhere and don’t worry anything about life.

PART 2: DESCRIBE A TIME WHEN YOU WERE ILL


When I was a kid, my respiratory system was really bad. My mon often took me to the
hospital when the cold season came. By the time, I grow up,my health will become better.
For a long time, I don’t fall ill until I live in a rented accommodation at HCM city far from my
family for learning. Maybe because of the living environment changes, after 1 week, I got sick
and I felt that my energy completely exhausted. I had a fever and snivel. Then I tried to get out
of the bed but everything turned around and I I fell. It’s really hurt and fortunately I didn’t get
scratched. I had to ask my friends to help me buy some medicines and cooked for me. After I
had taken medicines, I felt more conscious and could walk around. I remembered that I took 2
days off from school and my parents called me a lots. But I needed time to rest so I didn’t pick
up the phone all day. After that situation, I find out a bad beginning makes a bad so I have to eat
in moderation and do more exercises. But actions speak louder than words, Until now, I think I
still don’t pay enough attention to my health and next time I will try my best to change it. Thanks

PART 2: Describe your favorite TV program.
I haven't watched TV much since i used phone because of its benefit. But, i still
enjoy watching a TV program like a habit. It's is 60s- a news program. It provides
some news today such as the accidents, the covid 19 pandemic, about vaccines,
news of sport and last but not least is the weather forecast. Not only me but also
my family really enjoy it. We usually watch 60s news during dinner every day,
especially the covid 19 pandemic news because of the fact that this program
gives the latest news about pandemics everywhere and the number of infected
cases in VN also in foreign, the quality of the vaccines which will be applied to
citizens and the ways of pandemic prevention. and that's the reason why i
appreciate it

PART 3:

1. Do you think pay enough attention to their healthy today? According to me, with the
advancement of science, people usually apply modern method to eating, doing exercises,
how to stay in shape scientifically. They promote health by functional foods or add some
minerals and vitamins. In the other hand, few people stay up late, skip meals and being
inactive. That’s pretty bad and may be in the future they will be easy got sick.
2. What are the most popular ways of keeping healthy in your country? I think the most popular
was are go to bed early and have a healthy diet especially breakfast. When we stay up late,
our organs can’t rest and overworked. The energy completely exhausted and not focused
enough to do anything. Moreover, skipping breakfast is a serious mistake. If you skip if for a long
time, you will get many kinds of cancer or sick such as stomach ulcers, liver failure and et cetera.
3. Why do you think some people continue bad habits when they know that they are damaging
to their health? When they live in a bad habits life for a long time, they biological clock and
lifestyle have been changed. For example myself, I stay up late every day and hardly ever I
sleep before midnight. Althought, I used to try sleep before 11h and enough 8hours a day,
but it seems difficult because of the phone. Like I’m addicted to it. I can’t stop think about
what’s happened in facebook, my friends are chatting me, videos on tiktok and some movies
on the internet and especially I can’t close my eyes. Then I give up and use my phone
overnights until I feel sleepy. It’s really bad habits and I’m strying to change it but it’s
completely difficult to me.
