SCENARIO

The scenario that I am going to show is about a that lady goes to police station to get police clearance.

Lady: Good morning sir!

Police man: Good morning ma’am! How may I help you?
Lady: Sir I need police clearance to process my transaction in COMELEC registration.
Police officer: Did you bring valid ID and barangay clearance?
Lady: Yes sir *show police officer the requirements*
Police man: These are the requirements
Lady: Thank you sir.

The police officer process the requirement and after few minutes he called the lady.

Police officer: Ma’am I need you to look at the camera formally no smiling and lastly you need to sign
this paper and we need your biometric.
Lady: Thank you very much sir!

After the processing of papers police officer hand out the police clearance.

Lady: Thank you for helping me, now I can process my COMELEC registration.
Police officer: I’m glad I can help ma’am and good luck in processing of your requirements.

The lady is successful to get police clearance.

In this scenario it shows the relationship of lady and police man, the ethics of communication shows
because they understand each other words and it is easy to deliver the message because there’s non
communication barrier that can lead them to misinterpret each other.
