joint project by Lapu Lapu Chapter and Juan K. Causing Priory!

Moving on to the first segment of this afternoon’s event, Let us call upon the Incoming
Master Councilor of Lapu Lapu Chapter, Brother Charles Perales, for a few words of
welcome!

Thank you Brother Charles, for those very warm and welcoming words, and now to directly
proceed to the main segment of the event,

, the speaker for this afternoon is someone who has accumulated a plethora of
distinguished accomplishments,
He earned his first college degree of Political science from the university of the Philippines
Cebu campus, he proceeded then to graduate from the school of law from the university of
the Philippines Diliman campus, from there he went on to earn his masters degree of
international studies From UP diliman and his masters degree on Law from the university of
santo tomas graduate school.

In his career, he started as a legal assistant, then proceeded to become a legal researcher
then finally became a foreign service officer in which he now holds the position of Deputy
Chief of Mission, embassy of the Philippines, Ottawa.

Finally as a fellow Demolay, he hails from the Leon Kilat Chapter of Dumaguete, a fellow knight from
Juan K. Causing Priory and a Past master of Lodge Malaya No. 5213, United Grand Lodge of England

He is non other than Sir knight, Past illustrious Knight Commander

And the 1994 Bar Exam top notcher – Atty Sir knight FRANCISCO NOEL R. FERNANDEZ III

Thank you Sir Knight Francisco Noel for that very alarming yet informative talk, I am sure
there are some of us who are still interested and curious to know more, thus let us now
