Clifton/Karachi.

Subject: Online Classes

Respected Sir,

Most respectfully and humbly, we wanted to submit our reservations for online classes. The decision
of online classes, in the wake of Covid-19 might not be feasible for most of the students. As the
respectable Vice Chancellor is acquainted with the fact that most students belong to the rural areas of
interior sindh, with only marginal quantity of students belonging to suburbs of city. Most of those
students from villages, have no access to internet connection, & due to financial constraints, not many
can afford to have one. Apart from this, consistent load shedding prevalent in the villages, makes it
further challenging for students to attend online classes. Further, this lock down has financially hit the
poorest segment of the society, which includes families of some of the students of our university as well.
This makes them incapable of affording internet connection even in mobile phones. Apart from this,
juniors were anxious with regard to their remaining 2 examination papers.

Therefore, we request you to reconsider the decision of online classes, for it might not be well suited
for most of the students, who belong from less privileged backgrounds. We hope that you will consider
our request, and reconsider holding online classes, for this decision might potentially affect the students
of this University, adversely. We shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness.

Thanking you

Yours Obediently
