Communication barrier

In schools, communication is a critical tool for teaching and assessment. Teachers assess and promote
students' learning through conversing with them and listening to what they have to say. It is critical for
students to become active participants in the classroom discourse if they are to be successful and take
advantage of the learning possibilities available. However, in our instance, the new learning structure is
affecting teacher-student contact. The most prevalent barrier is a lack of understanding of teachers' and
students' duties. Studies show that the barriers of distance education fall into such categories as cost,
motivators, feedback and teacher contact, student support and services, alienation, lack of experience
and training.

A. LACK OF SOCIAL SKILLS

This refers to the participants who had been lacking their social skills ever since online class have
started.

“Chasing deadlines was exhausting that I forgot to take care of my mental health.”

This participant claims that the new learning environment has made him exhausted and that he has
forgotten to take care of his mental health. In order to remember to take care of its mental health, the
participant should have taken time to communicate with classmates or social relationships. The person
should be able to spend time connecting with something that makes them joyful or reduces their stress.
Allows the participant to relax and unwind.
