Vikeda is the leading ice cream producer in the Baltic
region, known for its popular brand DADU.
Equipped with top machinery and 22 years of
experience, Vikeda consistently delivers the top quality
products and is always ahead with innovative and
modern production technology and product flavours.
Only fresh, raw whole milk is used in production. The
company is constantly working in partnership with filling,
coating and flavouring producers on new product
development.
Vikeda has huge experience working under a private
labels therefore the company is actively looking for new
opportunities to cooperate with retailers.

 Advanced production method: ice cream is produced
from whole milk. As a result, every day each batch has
different level of fat % and protein. Consequently, DADU
ice cream recipes are adjusted daily in order the flavour
and the texture of the product remains the same.
 The company does not use palm oil in their products.
 Butter is one of the key ingredients that gives smooth
texture and rich taste.
 Production can be quickly adapted to customer needs.

is always ready for the orders and has product in stock to

NEW PRODUCT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ICE CREAM ON A STICK AND FAMILY PACKS
 The unique ice cream production line in Baltic States will start operating in 2022. New Tetra Pak
Extrusion Wheel for ice cream with large inclusions will provide:
 The highest production capacity – 200 products per minute, 12 000 per hour.
 98% efficiency.
 Up to 15 mm diameter for nuts, 25 mm diameter for fruit inclusions.
 A wide range of the most delicious fillings. Sprinkles of various textures and shapes: chips, cookies, nuts,
dried fruits, chocolate pieces, pieces of biscuits or cake, biscuit dough, rum soaked raisins, candies,
smarties, etc.
 Various ice cream coating and colour options on a stick as well as in family packs of 400-800 ml.
 Ice cream mass opportunities: ice cream mass created on the basis of fresh raw milk; sherbets; other.
The texture of the ice cream mass is characterized by the proportionate arrangement of the pieces of
additives and a beautiful filling spinner.
 Improved ice cream in waffle cones production: There is a possibility to cover the inside of waffle with
glaze. The glaze by 100% covers the inner walls of the wafer and slows down the overall moisture, which
can cause by the ice cream mass and the changing temperatures in the refrigerator.
