Advanced production method: ice cream is produced
from whole milk. As a result, every day each batch has
different level of fat % and protein. Consequently, DADU
ice cream recipes are adjusted daily in order the flavour
and the texture of the product remains the same.
The company does not use palm oil in their products.

Extrusion Wheel for ice cream with large inclusions will provide:

A wide range of the most delicious fillings. Sprinkles of various textures and shapes: chips, cookies, nuts,
dried fruits, chocolate pieces, pieces of biscuits or cake, biscuit dough, rum soaked raisins, candies,
smarties, etc.
Various ice cream coating and colour options on a stick as well as in family packs of 400-800 ml.
Ice cream mass opportunities: ice cream mass created on the basis of fresh raw milk; sherbets; other.
The texture of the ice cream mass is characterized by the proportionate arrangement of the pieces of
additives and a beautiful filling spinner.
Improved ice cream in waffle cones production: There is a possibility to cover the inside of waffle with
glaze. The glaze by 100% covers the inner walls of the wafer and slows down the overall moisture, which
can cause by the ice cream mass and the changing temperatures in the refrigerator.
