Re: Exchange of Product- Haven’t Received

I would like to inform you that I haven’t received my product back after I have given for an exchange
because of some damages. The product was Maxton 50” TV. I bought that from Homemaker- Ba
Branch on 06/06/17, receipt number 35729 on cash. The reasons that were given were as follows;

 Warehouse got burnt


 The company no more sells that brand
 Shipments has stopped
 Asked me to choose another TV but the staff resigned and no one took over.
