2. What area of communication are you usually exposed

    to in the workplace? Why?
- Areas of communication like listening, verbal and non-verbal
communication, emotional awareness and management, and questioning.
- Communication is very important if you are a teacher. Because If you
don’t expose yourself to these areas of communication in the workplace,
how can you carry out your role as a teacher? You cannot inspire,
motivate, encourage, and educate learners.

3. What problems in your workplace have you
    encountered due to miscommunication?
- Bad interpersonal relationships
- Misinterpretation
- Disseminating false information

4. How did the organization solve the problem?

- Arranged a meeting to all staffs then discuss the problems and the
probable solutions.
