Ans :
My self-actualization need will be ,to achieve a good position in the company . self-
actualization is the process of becoming “everything you are capable of becoming.”
it is the “ability to become the best version of your self”
I will do my best to achieve the position I want. To become better , Being confident as
an employee  and having a sense of achieving something significant are examples of
meeting esteem needs. When an organization achieves and masters its need for
esteem, it is one more step closer to reaching its final need, the need for self-
actualization. I will be Passionate, innovative and committed to a meaningful and
engaging workplace that serves and benefits to me .
