#1 Vanilla-Mint Green Smoothie



(Vanilla Layer)
Ingredients:
1 cup of frozen chopped banana
1/2 cup of light coconut milk
1/4 vanilla bean pod, or 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)

(Green Mint Layer)


Ingredients:
1/2 of a frozen banana, chopped
1 and 1/2 cups of fresh spinach
15 fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup of chilled coconut milk

Directions
Combine all of the ingredients into the NutriBullet and thoroughly blend the mixture until
all of the ingredients are smooth.


#2 Mango Basil Post-Workout Smoothie

Ingredients:
7 fresh basil leaves
1 cup of chilled unsweetened almond milk
¼ of juiced lemon
½ of frozen mango, or fresh
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Ice (optional)

Directions
Gather all of the required ingredients and lend the almond milk, lemon juice and basil
until they are well combined. Then add in the frozen mango and blend. Lastly add in the
protein powder and ice (if used) then blend the mixture until it is smooth.

#3 Mint Mojito Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1.5 cups of fresh spinach
1 large handful of fresh mint
3/4 cups of coconut water, or regular water
Juice of 2 limes
3 teaspoons of hemp seeds (optional)
1 frozen or freshly chopped banana
ice cubes (optional)
2 teaspoons of honey (optional)

Directions
Add the mint, spinach and coconut water (or regular water) into the NutriBullet together
and blend until the mixture is smooth. Add the hemp seeds, lime juice and banana into the
NutriBullet, you can also add in the honey and a few ice cubes if you’d like then blend
until the mixture is smooth. Garnish the mixture with mint and lime.

#4 Love Your Body Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
handful of spinach
handful of kale
¼ cup of fresh parsley
5 frozen strawberries
½ a lemon
¼ sliced cucumbers
3 teaspoons of hemp seeds
1 cup of almond milk

Directions
Combine all of your green vegetables and liquids into the NutriBullet, blend until the
mixture is smooth. Adjust the speed and add in the remaining ingredients, blend unto the

Ingredients:
1 med. frozen banana, chopped

Ingredients:
Juice of 1 whole lemon
5 mini apples
Lg. chuck of peeled ginger
3 teaspoons of hemp seeds
1 stalk of celery
¼ cup of chopped cucumbers
¼ cup of fresh parsley
4 stalks of de-stemmed kale
1 cup of water

Directions
Combine all of the greens into the NutriBullet then pour in the liquids. Blend the mixture
until it is smooth. Lastly, add in the remaining ingredients then blend until the entire
mixture is smooth.

#7 Apple Kale Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
½ an apple
1 cup of de-stemmed kale
½ cup of frozen pineapple
½ of a fresh squeezed lemon, or 1 tsp. of lemon juice
1 cup of water
1 serving of Vega One French Vanilla
Ice (optional)

Directions
Gather all of the ingredients and add them into the NutriBullet. Blend the mixture until it
is smooth.

Ingredients:
½ of a grapefruit
1 cup of coconut water
8 fresh basil leaves

Directions

#9 Holiday Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 lg. peeled and quartered oranges
1 lg. quartered and cored apple
1 16oz. bottle of Kombucha, or apple juice
3 cups of fresh spinach

Directions
Put the apples, kombucha (or apple juice) and oranges into the NutriBullet. Blend the
mixture on low until the fruit is even. Add in the spinach to the blended fruit and increase
the speed to high then blend the mixture until it is even and creamy in texture.

#10 Honey Apple Crisp Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 med. peeled apple
1 med. peeled pear
1 stalk of fresh celery
1.5 cups of baby kale
12 Lg. mint leaves
4 teaspoons of hemp seeds
2 teaspoons of flax seeds
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of raw honey
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup of water

Directions
Add all of the greens and liquids into the NutriBullet. Blend them together until the
mixture is even. Add the remaining ingredients into the mixture and blend until it is
smooth.

#11 Apple Ginger Crisp Smoothie

Ingredients:
½ of a med/ chopped and frozen apple
½ cup of non-fat or low fat vanilla Greek , or of choice
2 tablespoons of toasted oats
handful of fresh spinach, or kale
⅛ teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
½ cup of almond milk
drizzle of honey, or teaspoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of apple butter (optional)
Directions
Add all of the ingredients into the NutriBullet and blend until the mixture is smooth.

#12 Sweet Spinach Detox Smoothie

Ingredients:
2 peeled and cored apples
1 peeled lemon
1 in. of peeled ginger
1 ½ cups of fresh spinach
2 tbsp. of agave, or honey
½ cup of apple juice
½ cup of water
1 cup of ice cubes (optional)

Directions
Gather and combine all of the ingredients in the order listed. Start NutriBullet with the
lowest speed and slowly increase the speed of the NutriBullet until the mixture is smooth.

#13 Hot Apple Pie Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 med. quartered and de-stemmed apple, remove seeds
1 sm. Quartered and de-stemmed pear, remove seeds
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon of apple pie spice, or nutmeg
3 Lg. handful of baby spinach
For Garnish: cinnamon stick, chia seeds, apple slices (optional)

Directions
Gather the pear, apple, and spices in a glass dish with lid. Add 3 Tablespoons of water,
cover, then microwave for 1 ½ minutes. Pour the warm contents of the glass dish into the
NutriBullet. Add fresh spinach then whirl the NutriBullet on low for 20 seconds and then
increase the speed another 20 seconds until the mixture is smooth.

Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana, sliced
2 handfuls of spinach
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter (optional)
Directions
Gather and combine all of the ingredients into the NutriBullet. Add in ¾ cups of chopped
ice cubes. Blend the mixture at a medium speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the
mixture is smooth.

Ingredients:
1 handful of fresh spinach
1 frozen banana, peeled
½ small avocado, peeled
¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk
½ teaspoon of vanilla
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

2 frozen bananas, peeled
1 cup of frozen mango, or fresh

Ingredients:
6 ice cubes
2/3 cup of unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/8 cup of whole raw almonds
half a frozen banana, peeled

a pinch of cardamom
a pinch of cloves

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. of flaxseeds
2 cups of fresh organic spinach
1 cup of wheatgrass
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or choice of milk

sweetener (optional)

Directions
Gather and combine all of the ingredients into the NutriBullet in the listed order. Blend the

Ingredients:
1.5 scoops of Sunwarrior raw vanilla rice protein powder, or of choice
2 Lg. handfuls of baby spinach, or of your choice

Ingredients:
1 med. apple, de-cored

Ingredients:
1 cup of green grapes
1/2 cup of pineapples
2 cups of fresh spinach, or packed
1/2 ripe peeled banana
1/2 cup of water

Directions
Gather all of the listed ingredients and add them to the NutriBullet. Then blend the
ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.

Ingredients:
2 cups of baby spinach
2 cups of sliced cucumbers
1 head of celery
1/2 inch or teaspoon of ginger root
1 bunch of parsley
2 sm. apples
1 juiced lime
½ juiced lemon

Directions
Combine all of the ingredients into the NutriBullet then blend the mixture until it is

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of chilled water
1 head of chopped organic romaine lettuce
3 stalks of organic celery
1/2 head of a large bunch of spinach
1 cored and chopped organic apple
1 cored and chopped organic pear
1 peeled organic banana
1/2 of juiced organic lemon
Optional Extras:
1/3 bunch of organic cilantro, stems can be eaten
1/3 bunch of organic parsley, stems can be eaten

Directions
Pour the chilled water into the NutriBullet then add the chopped head of romaine lettuce
into the NutriBullet. Start the NutriBullet at a low speed and allow the combination to mix
until it is smooth. Slowly increase the speed of the NutriBullet, add in the organic celery,
apple and pear. Then add the peeled banana and lemon juice last.
NOTE: If you choose to use the organic parsley and cilantro, be sure to add them into the
mixture last. Add banana and lemon juice last.
#29 Tropical Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 peeled frozen banana
1 cup of freshly chopped mango, or frozen
1 cup of freshly chopped pineapples, or frozen
Optional Extras:
1-2 packets of Stevia
1-2 scoops of Amazing Greens (Optional)

Directions
Combine all of the listed ingredients into the NutriBullet. Blend everything well in the
NutriBullet until the mixture is smooth. You can add ice for a more chilled texture if you
choose to use fresh fruit.

#30 Kale Spinach and Green Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup of lite vanilla soy milk, or of choice
1 lg. cup of fresh spinach
1 lg. cup freshly chopped kale leaves
1 peeled frozen banana, chopped
1/2 of an green apple
1 teaspoon of honey, of your choice

Directions
Add all of the listed ingredients into the NutriBullet then blend until the mixture is
smooth.

Ingredients:
1 peeled frozen banana
1 cup of baby spinach
2 large fresh pitted sweet peaches
2 tablespoons of shelled raw hemp seeds
1 3/4 cups of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of ice
Sweetener, for taste (optional)

Directions
Combine all of the listed ingredients into the NutriBullet then blend the mixture until it is
smooth. If you choose too, alter the added sweetener to your liking.

Ingredients:
¾ cups of Ocean Spray Diet Cranberry Juice, or another flavor
¾ cups of fresh mixed berries, or frozen
½ of a medium sliced banana
6 oz. of nonfat strawberry yogurt, or another berry flavor
1 cup of raw baby spinach

Directions
Collect all of the listed ingredients then combine them into the NutriBullet. Blend the
mixture until it is smooth and without any lumps.

Ingredients:
¾ cups of plain, or unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp. of ground flaxseed
1 pinch of sea salt, or kosher
1 packet of stevia
1 tsp. of fresh grated ginger, use microplane
1 cup of organic baby spinach
1 chopped Persian cucumber, trimmed ends
1 med. frozen pear, cored and quartered

Directions
Collect all of the ingredients and combine them into the NutriBullet. Blend the mixture
until it is smooth.

Ingredients:
8 ounces of chilled coconut water
6 drops or 1 packet of stevia
1 sm. peeled banana, frozen
1 cup of organic spinach
11 freshly sliced strawberries

Directions

continuously until it is smooth.

Ingredients:
1 cup of chilled water
½ cup of freshly chopped cucumbers

Directions
Place all of the ingredients into the NutriBullet and blend the mixture until it is smooth.

Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh spinach
2 cups of coconut water, or regular water
1 ½ cups of diced mango, frozen
1 ½ cups diced melon, frozen
Directions
Gather all of the ingredients and add them to the NutriBullet. Blend the ingredients
together until the mixture is smooth.

NOTE: Any type of melon can be used for this smoothie.

Ingredients:
1 peeled frozen banana, chopped
