Patient : There is something wrong with me, i have a problem with headache and my nape feel heavy.

Patient : Not really, cause i still got a problem with my headache.

Nurse 1 : Okey ms .. , this morning i will check your condition, i would like to measure your blood
pressure. This action will take about 15 minutes, and we do it here. Are you willing?

Nurse 2 : okay ms…, I will checking your blood pressure. Would you mind to stretching your hand,
please?

Patient : What is my blood pressure, nurse?

Nurse 2 : Your blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg. You got a problem with your blood pressure cause is too
high range and i will report this to a doctor. and now you need a rest a little bit.

Family : What can i do to keep my mother's blood pressure?

Nurse 2 : You must monitor your mother's diet, food and drink consumed, and encourage small exercise,
and make sure your mother is not stressed.

Family : What kind of food nurse?

Nurse 2: Like high fat foods, limit sodium, sweets, sugary drinks, and red meats.

Patient : yes, i’ll change to my lifestyle.
