The Government of Sindh, Labour and Human Resources department on vide his Notification No: L-lI-13-3/2016 dated: 9"* July 2021 (Copy Enclosed) declared the rate of minimum wages on the schedule given below: S.NO | CATEGORY OF WORKER MINIMUM RATES OF WAGES 1 Unskilled Adult & Juvenile PER DAY PER MONTH workers employed in industrial/ | Rs. 961.00 Commercial undertakings in Sindh Province. Rs. 25,000.00 The matter was sub judicious and was pending before the Honorable High Court of Sindh at Karachi with C.P Nos. D-4596, 4603, 4938, 5072, 5193, 5229, 5275 and 4885 of 2021, and the same has been decided through its judgment dated: 15 October 2021. Now, in pursuance of above quoted notification and the judgment of Honorable High Court of Sind, the undersigned shall be visiting your factory for the purpose of checking implementation of minimum wages on 21-10-2021. The list of contractor employees, if any. 3. The bank transaction report which shows the new rate of wages to the workers. 4.
