Dear Sir/Madam,

NOTICE.

We are writing to inform your good office of how far we’ve reached with the relocation of our
showroom from our Tema shop...

On August 28th 2021, we wrote a letter. Informing your good office of our decision to move our
showroom from Tema GTP roundabout to Kwashieman Hong Kong to be precise.

So far, we’ve been able to sought out the clearing of all our property from the Tema shop. But we are
not yet ready to reinstall them back at the Kwashieman branch now, due to some 5-month delay in the
reopening of the branch at Kwashieman. We therefore ask that a technician be dispatched to the Tema
shop to disassemble the alarm system, in order for us to be able to hand over the store to the landlord.

We hereby ask that our request be handled with urgency. As we have a deadline to hand over the keys
to the landlord.
