I, ARIEL REQUIBAL POTIAN, legal age, Filipino, married, and with a

residence postal address at P25-16 7 th Street, Barangay 183, Villamor Air Base,
Pasay City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint LUCILA CLEA POTIAN-
VALENZUELA, legal age, Filipino, with same residence and postal address, to be
my true and lawful attorney for in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following particular acts and things to wit:

1. To apply, follow up and process the transfer of title and registration in my

name the lot awarded to him by NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY covered
by TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE number 139716;

2. To process the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Certificate of Authority to

Register (CAR) and other Clearance/s and/or Permits from any concerned
Government Agencies.

3. To transact, deal with, secure Clearance, from the National Housing Authority,
Registry of Deeds, and other government agencies concerned with the
Transfer of Title;

4. To secure and/or cause the release of the title over the above-stated house
and lot and sign for and in my behalf other papers and documents necessary
to consummate the transfer of title of the above-described property;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done within the above-
cited particular acts as I might or lawfully could do if personally present, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do cause to be done
by virtue of these presents.
