The field is hereby encouraged to explore, research, and use all the resources available to design and develop innovations. It incorporates a novel, different way of looking at a problem and finding the solution. Innovation unleashes an individual's creativity and reasoning skills. 2. DepEd Order No. 16, s.2017 defined innovation as a new idea, device, or method, or the act or process of introducing new ideas, devices, or methods. With creativity, new innovations are possible. To improve the process and system, people in the organization need to think outside the box. Innovations lead to bigger opportunities and are vital for a school's success. 3. Alll teaching and non-teaching personnel are directed to submit the research paper (in IMRaD format) in submitting the innovation proposal and final writeups. Abstract shall contain a maximum of 250 words. There shall be 3-5 keywords below the abstract. Keywords must be italicized. 2. The Full Paper including figures, tables, and references must have a minimum length of 6 pages and a maximum of 15 pages. 3. Introduction shall contain the following elements: (a) research problem/research objectives; (b) review of literature which highlights only the most-up-to-date publications (2012 & above), except if necessary to cite old literature/studies to give weight in the current undertaking. 4. Methods (research design, sampling, data collection and analysis, research ethics) Results and Discussion Conclusion References (proponents shall double-check pertinent information required the writing style like page numbers, etc. Include only works cited (all in-texts citation ) in the research paper.
