Dear Bebe,

Thank you so much for agreeing to look after my dog and house. I don't even know how to express
my gratitude, not many (only a few) would do the same as you. I would like to inform you about
some of the things you should know.

I understand that taking care of unfamiliar things (taking care of those/dealing with those) would be
overwhelming, so feel free to ask me whenever you have a question. You can contact me via email
or social media since I'll be checking it regularly (look for a more forceful adverb: from time to time,
always, oftentimes, night and day). In case of urgent matters, don't hesitate to ring my mobile
phone.

My dog Hachiko is such a clever boy, so he'll understand most of your commands without a problem.
Even though he's big, he acts like a little puppy. He loves being caressed (passive, change into active
voice: snuggles, cuddles) and needs constant attention. (simple sentence) Hachiko eats 3 times a
day with four to five hours in between. (Misplaced preposition. Do not end your sentence with a
preposition. interval, after every four to five hours) Make sure he drinks plenty of water and take him
out for a walk for at least 20 minutes. Please bathe him regularly (the next day), if it's not too much
for you.

Taking care of a pet might be quite devastating (too strong: tiring, stressful, exhausting, demanding,
tough, challenging), so you don't have to do any chores.

Once again, I appreciate your kindness and I hope to (Be bold, don’t hedge Suggestions: I’d be glad
to) return you (the) favour some day. (someday) You can always feel free to ask for anything,
anytime. (You can always ask for anything, anytime. I’m just one call away.)

Love,

Tenuun.
