Healthy Lifestyle

Everybody wants to live a long healthy life. Nowadays a healthy body becomes
a fashion, an ideal of modern life. There are many ways to keep fit, for example, eat
healthy food to avoid overweight, because it causes many dangerous diseases. We
should eat low-fat food, more fruit and vegetables, meat, milk products, which are rich
in vitamins and proteins. Besides that, we shouldn't eat at night. If you keep to a diet,
you must do it carefully, because sometimes diets may be harmful.
To be healthy we should avoid different bad habits that can affect our health. In
my opinion, smoking and drinking too much alcohol, are the worst ones. It's common
knowledge that smoking and drinking can shorten our lives dramatically. Smoking, for
example, causes a number of heart and lung diseases. Besides, it makes your teeth
yellow and skin unhealthy.
Concluding, I think that we all should try t have a healthy diet and exercise our
body whenever possible, so that we can have a healthy body and avoid possible future
problems.
